It is with great joy and honor that we announce the entry of Brazilian artist
Gonçalo Ivo into the collections of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. Gonçalo Ivo has donated 13 photographic prints to the collections of
contemporary Latin American photography.
We would like to thank Ricardo Fernandes and Héloïse Conésa,
curator and director of the BNF’s contemporary photography collections,
for their delicate attention to this project.
The reception of these works by the director marks the definitive
presence of Gonçalo Ivo in the collection of one of France’s oldest
and most important cultural institution.
